About the role

In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment across functions to facilitate effective business decision-making. The role is critical in balancing demand and supply, coordinating stakeholders, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• S&OP Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end S&OP cycle, including preparation, facilitation, documentation, and communication of key decision points.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with demand planning, procurement, production, distribution, and product management to ensure supply aligns with demand.
• Meeting Facilitation & Decision Support: Lead Supply Review, Regional S&OP, and Executive S&OP meetings, ensuring informed decision-making and execution planning.
• Supply-Demand Balancing: Develop and maintain supply plans that meet customer requirements while optimizing the supply network.
• Process Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement: Continuously refine the S&OP process based on feedback and onboard new team members with best practices.
• Follow-up & Execution Monitoring: Ensure decisions and action plans are clearly assigned, communicated, and tracked for completion.

This role is both strategic and operational, requiring strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to drive an effective and evolving S&OP process.
