We are seeking a Group Learning & Development Manager on behalf of our client.
Company description:
The company is a large global corporation with headquarters in Skåne.
Overall responsibilities/tasks of the position:
- Responsible for managing and developing the company’s training portfolio to ensure high quality and relevance in the training offer.
- Manage, oversee, and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure efficient course administration, communication, and evaluation of training programs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic and successful evaluation and development of training programs.
- Develop an overall strategy for the leadership programs with a focus on meeting future needs and trends.
- Explore, implement, and evaluate various pedagogical methods such as e-learning, webinars, etc., to optimize knowledge transfer and engagement.
Candidate profile
Work experience for an ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing L&D strategies that align with the overall company goals.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Competence in conducting needs analyses to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
- Familiarity with modern L&D tools and platforms, such as LMS (Learning Management Systems), and e-learning tools.
Educational background: Academic degree in pedagogy, leadership, communication, HR, or another relevant field.
Language skills: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
