Your main responsibilities include:

As Technical Communication Specialist & Support you are responsible for creating and securing high quality communication content for a specific product area within Kitchen & Home Appliances, for all consumer facing touchpoints with the ambition to turn visitors into customers. You are responsible for providing a convenient shopping experience, enabling them to easily find and experience the product offer, and make buying decisions on their own. Buying a complete Kitchen solution or Home Appliance can be complex and challenging and here you play an important role for the customer and are responsible for crucial communication supporting our consumers in the buying journey.

In this role you use insights to identify and define communication needs and you create the right pre-conditions for customers to understand, compare and choose the right product. You analyze, brief, order and approve communication according to budget and time plan. You lead and work on operational assignment, contributing to Tactics and strategic assignment. In this role you are part of the Commercial function in Range area Kitchen and Home Appliances and reports to the Commercial Team Manager. We´ll need you to have an excellent ability to, built on insights and customer needs, develop a strong and commercial customer meeting through communication.

You enjoy taking initiatives and to lead and drive product- and range communication content with a customer perspective. We believe that you’re guided by simplicity and always strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high quality communication.

Qualifications:

  • You have an academic degree in Marketing, Media and Communication or equivalent.
  • You have experience from leading communication plans and its execution and delivering communication contents according to budget and time plan.
  • Experience from working within the field of digital communication, social media, SEO and customer behavior online is highly valued.
  • You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft office, especially Excel.

  • You love working in different systems and tools and carry out administration tasks that make a big difference for our customers.
  • You have experience from managing large volume of product information with attention to details.
  • You have a proactive attitude in problem solving and you are guided by simplicity and always strive to exceed expectations by delivering high quality communication.
  • You are an initiator, and you can network cross functions and organizations.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you can juggle competing priorities when receiving assignments with tight deadlines.
  • You are a collaborator, and you love working both individually and, in a team, and with different stakeholders.
  • The ability to express yourself confidently and clearly in English is a prerequisite.

Experience from working in retail – preferable selling Kitchen and/or Home appliances or working with communication, projects, budget, planning or similar job in other companies.

Start: March 2025

Duration: 12 months

Position: Älmhult (3-5 days/week)
