About the role

The position is a full time, permanent position and will be a part of the marketing team based at the Nordic headquarter in Solna/Stockholm. The role is reporting to the Group Brand Manager.

Key Responsibilities

As Nordic Brand Manager, you are responsible for the development of your brand(s) and its portfolio in all four Nordic markets, enabling the ambitious yet possible chase for market leadership within relevant categories in chocolate confectionary.

• P&L responsibility – closely track and follow up on targets and results, monitor sales and maximize business performance in line with commercial strategy.

• Proactively manage the product portfolio – including performance analysis, business case creation, product adaption, and trade stories.

• A&P budget management – ensure optimization, tracking and effective management of marketing spend.

Main tasks include:

• Evolve the brand strategy & brand vision across all Nordic markets, short term & long term.

• Translating brand strategy into marketing plan and go-to-market strategy across all Nordic markets.

• Setting, enhancing and optimizing the product brand portfolio for growth on all four markets.

• Planning and follow-up of 360-degree marketing plan & activations.

• Analyzing the business, market data and consumer trends to exploit growth opportunities and improve ROI.

• Being responsible for marketing budget and P&L, according to business goals.

• Agency Briefing (Media, Consumer Activations, Campaigns).

• Presenting and driving engagement for Brand Plans both internally & externally.

• Close cooperation with international (marketing) cross-functional teams & intercompany (production).

In more detail, we are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• P&L + Budget management experience

• Marketing activity development experience, including ATL & BTL.

• Commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to drive business results

• +4 years working experience as Brand Manager/or in Marketing/Commercial roles within FMCG

• A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
