About the role:

Lindt & Sprüngli is now looking for a skilled Key Account Manager with the main responsibility to manage one of the main customers within Swedish Grocery. While securing continuous profitable sales and increase in volume as well as market share, you will keep building a close and long term relationship with key contacts in the customers organization. Simultaneously you will be an important player in the team that secure new business opportunities for Lindt, defining new partners for growth outside the traditional retail channels.

This is a unique opportunity to join a winning team while taking on a leading role within one of the fastest developing international FMCG businesses in the Nordic hemisphere. Lindt & Sprüngli has seen consistent double digit growth since inception, and will continue to drive the premium chocolate category to new heights.

This position is located in Lindt & Sprüngli’s Nordic Headquarters in Stockholm. You will report to Head of Grocery Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility of one of Lindt’s largest accounts in Sweden.

• Yearly and periodic definition of objectives and strategies for the assigned Key Account(s)

• Participation in the establishment of short and long term objectives and strategies for the responsible Key Account(s) in the Swedish Sales organization

• Ensuring that the company’s “preferred supplier” status is secured and strengthened

• Development, sell-in, execution and follow up of profitable trade campaigns

• Monitoring and evaluation of customer development, market conditions and competitive activities

Key Experiences & Qualities:

Lindt is looking for an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager with a structured approach and with an analytical mindset. You thrive in a fast, multicultural, cross-functional and professional environment, as part of an energetic team with high standards and devotion to deliver results. You have an engaging customer approach, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Further you:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ business experience as KAM from FMCG, preferably towards large grocery trade accounts

• Secure in business planning and execution, and being analytical and results oriented

• Experience from working in a multinational environment

• Engaging customer service, with excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Responsible, entrepreneurial, results-driven, communicative, independent

• Fluent in Swedish and English
