About the role

As a Product Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring smooth product-related processes and maintaining accurate, up-to-date product information across all channels. Working closely with the Category Manager and Junior Category Manager for main category groups you belong to, as well as collaborating with departments such as marketing, logistics, e-commerce, and suppliers, your work directly contributes to optimizing product administration and enhancing the customer experience. This role requires a combination of structured work methods, technical proficiency, and strong teamwork skills.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that product information (including images, descriptions, and attributes) is accurate and up to date in internal systems and external channels.

• Coordinate product launches and assortment updates across departments to ensure seamless implementation and successful Go to Market.

• Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to collect, update, and validate product data.

• Work in a data-driven manner to produce reports that serve as a foundation for category development.

• Monitor and analyze product-related data to identify areas for improvement in product administration and for building and maintaining a commercially strong product portfolio.

• Provide administrative support to Category Managers and Junior Category Managers for product-related workflows.

Your Skills and Experience Include:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management skills.

• Collaborative and communicative with a solution-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail.

• Strong in handling as well as analyzing data

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working with product data in a retail environment or a similar role.

• Postsecondary education in administration, retail, economics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency with systems, including experience with PIM systems, ERP systems, and advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

• Experience with campaign follow-up and reporting is an advantage.
