This position is preferably based in Malmö or Stockholm since the bank is regulated under Swedish FSA, but we are open to applicants from Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Frankfurt, Warsaw and Nottingham.

Your role & responsibilities as GRC Lead

• This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer B2C and is an integral part of the Commercial B2C Management Team.
• Lead on and identify operational & process improvements and efficiencies for the function relating to process, compliance and risk.
• Responsible for identifying and coordinating new regulations that need to be implemented and ensure that we are commercially, both strategical and operational, ready for upcoming regulatory directives and regulations.
• Co-ordinating all risk, compliance and governance work in the function including the management of all steering documents.
• Responsible for securing that Commercial B2C follows up and act on all compliance and risk related issues and lead and participate in projects and relevant steering groups on behalf of Commercial B2C.

What skills will you bring?

• Extensive experience in process management, preferably within the financial sector, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and improvement.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions to align strategies and achieve results.
• Expertise in managing complex projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on long-term strategic goals and business development.
• Highly analytical, curious, and strategic, with a structured approach and a results-driven mindset
• Demonstrated ability to balance immediate business priorities with long-term growth and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.

What experience will you bring?

• Proven experience working in the Finance Sector within a commercial function.
• Previous experience of managing risk, compliance and regulation within cross-market businesses at a senior level
• Deep understanding of commercial operations, with a strategic mindset to balance compliance with business growth
• Significant experience in preparing high-level reports and decision-making materials for Senior Leadership Teams.
