As an Executive Management Assistant, you will have a key role in supporting Ikano Bank’s CEO and management team. You will assist and support the management team on various tasks such as meetings, travel, coordination, and administration.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, communication etc.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, executive preparations, and other engagements.
  • Assist in preparations and proof readings linked to reports, correspondence, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure proper preparation and follow up of meetings, including invitations, reservations, distribution of meeting material, filing of official documents etc
  • Handle travel arrangements, expense reports and other logistics to facilitate an efficient operation for CEO and the management team.
  • Ensure good accessibility by acting as a single point of contact, internally and externally.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Contribute to Ikano Bank co-worker engagement plans and activities

You’ll need some experience!

We believe you come from a background working as an assistant or similar. You have proven record of success, with at least 10 years job specific experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. You have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Swedish. To be successful you need experience in Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt, outlook). Experience from working within a rapid growth company in an international environment is a plus.
