About the role

Naty are looking for their next star as the new Global Sales Manager. We are still a fairly small company but are acting on a global market. Therefore we see a person with an international mindset with extremely commercial approach. This is also a role where everybody is offering a helping hand to always strive to continue to grow and be a better company, both in terms of a wider market as well as more environmentally stronger company. Of course, also for you as a person.

You must love figures and see new potential markets and distributors in our prioritized markets.

Some travel will comes with the role when necessary but we run our daily business via many digital meetings in our strive to be a environmental company as far as possible.

Main tasks

  • Develop and implement the commercial go-to market strategy
  • Build strategic partnerships and strengthen key business relationships across all distribution channels.
  • Scale the business by widening the distribution within existing and new retailers.
  • Negotiate and manage customer contracts to ensure competitive positioning and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends, pricing, and competition to develop effective market strategies.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to assess market performance and proactively adapt strategies as needed.
  • Optimize promotional spend to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Represent our brand and our regions at events and conferences, solidifying our position as the true green alternative within the industry.
  • Secure implementation of global marketing strategies tailored to local market needs.
  • Travel to expand our presence and seize new growth opportunities with and/or via global sales team

Background and experience

  • Master’s degree in economics or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience from a similar position, preferable a few years from FMCG but not a must.
  • Worked strategically before and preferable with international sales
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management, particularly in the FMCG sector; experience in personal care is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving challenging goals. You set objectives and deliver on them.
  • Technology savvy and familiar with data analysis and decision-making tools (PowerBI, Google analytics, SAP, Office 365, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel and seize all opportunities.
  • A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive contribution to society..

As we are still a fairly small organization, please be prepared to roll up your sleeves and have fun.

You must have a commercial drive and like to constantly strive for a more profitable deal and good collaborations. You love numbers and can add an analytical side in your work, if so, this could be a true opportunity for you and the next step in your career.
