Bel Nordic – Jr Key Account Manager, Norway & Finland

Do you have a passion for sales and want to work with iconic brands like The Laughing Cow, Babybel, and Boursin? Are you excited to manage key accounts and help grow these brands in the Finnish and Norwegian markets? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Key Account Manager with a willingness to learn, as you assist with managing both the Finland and Norway market. This is a pivotal role in driving our business growth ambitions in emerging markets for BEL iconic brands. You will serve as the main point of contact for your accounts and local suppliers (as local sales forces) whilst holding profit and loss responsibilities.

This position is located at our Nordic headquarters in Malmö, Sweden and you will be reporting to the Head of Sales/Sales Director.

Main Responsibilities

  • Account Management of accounts in both Finland and Norway
  • Build and nurture strong relationships both internally (with our marketing & supply chain teams) and externally with customers
  • Co-create and eventually manage joint business plans with customers to ensure that they are in line with the Bel’s vision and business strategy
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts and recommending strategic initiatives to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Support with negotiating contracts from the commercial planning through to execution
  • Take ownership of the customer P&L, ensuring effective management of internal forecasting, revenue, and profit
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour and track performance to provide insights on Bel & competitor activity and identify opportunities
  • Identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth within your accounts

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge in sales (FMCG would be advantageous)
  • Experience in a fast paced/dynamic environment.
  • A willingness to learn the culture, category and market knowledge of Finland and Norway and willingness to travel if required
  • Fluent in English – Essential (ability to speak Swedish or Danish/Finnish as a plus)
