About the Role: Join an amazing Nordic team with a strong growth mindset and unleash your potential! As the Trade Marketing & Business Developer, you will undertake a dual approach to drive our business growth ambitions across the Nordic, for BEL iconic brands. Due to the hybrid nature of the role, you will be responsible for identifying, unlocking and owning business development opportunities across channels such as ecommerce and ethnic as well as serving as the main point of contact for external salesforce. You will report directly into the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, build and nurture strong relationships both internally (with our marketing & supply chain teams) and externally with external local salesforce and customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, focusing on eCommerce and ethnic channels
  • Deliver Trade Marketing executions which reflect the shopper’s needs and are strategically tailored across the path to purchase.
  • Jointly build customer/channel specific Shopper Marketing plans to deliver category solutions and deliver against the brand plans, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and track performance to provide insights on Bel & competitor activity and identify opportunities
  • Identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth across channels

Skills/Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a Trade Marketing or Key Account Management position (FMCG, food + beverage preferred). We are also open to candidates who currently work as a Sales Rep who want to step up or candidates with a good understanding of category management/ marketing looking to transition into sales
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong collaboration and personal interaction skills with the ability to build relationships/rapport quickly
  • Strong communication skills– written and verbally
  • Proven analytical skills and strong attention to detail with experience managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account growth
  • Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment and leverage maturity and business acumen to make decisions
  • A willingness to travel if required
  • Fluent in English – Essential (ability to speak Swedish would be a huge advantage)
