About the role

Beijer Ref is now looking for a skilled and strategic Corporate Communications Manager to drive external and internal communication. In this role, you will ensure that the financial reports, press releases and digital channels maintain the highest standard and align with the corporate strategy and brand identity.

You will report to the CFO and be based at the HQ in Malmö.

As Corporate Communications Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• Oversee financial communication, including annual reports, sustainability reports, and CEO commentary

• Draft, review and publish company announcements and press releases

• Plan and coordinate key corporate events such as the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Capital Markets Day (CMD)

• Strengthen Beijer Ref’s media presence and maintain strong relationships with key financial and industry journalists

• Manage and update digital platforms, including the corporate website, intranet and internal newsletters

• Lead the design and production of reports, presentations and corporate video content

• Support senior management with strategic communication materials and messaging

About you

To be successful in this position we believe that you have experience from a similar role, with responsibility for the financial and strategic communication, preferably in a global listed company.

You are a skilled writer with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, investor relations or PR

• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken

• Basic skills in InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint and digital platforms like Webflow and SharePoint

• Proven experience in media relations and stakeholder management

• Excellent project management and coordination skills
