Arjo – Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications

Are you an experienced communications leader ready to collaborate closely with senior management and key stakeholders, driving impactful communication strategies for a global, publicly listed MedTech company? Arjo is now seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other capital market stakeholders to safeguard Arjo’s corporate reputation. You’ll lead our global internal communications to boost employee engagement and ensure alignment with our strategy and goals. You’ll also be responsible for driving Arjo’s overall positioning with consistent messaging across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

Investor Relations:

• Responsibility for the Annual and Sustainability report and quarterly reports, as well as IR web content – ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with market expectations

• Organize key events such as Capital Markets Days, Annual General Meetings, and investor roadshows

• Support the CEO and CFO in investor and analyst meetings and calls, while managing market consensus and expectations

Internal Communications:

• Develop and implement a global communication strategy that supports business needs and priorities as well as employee engagement

• Facilitate effective leader communication, including global leadership events, such as Extended Leadership Team meetings and virtual leadership forums

• Support senior leaders as communication advisor in transformation and change management

• Ensure a unified and inspiring internal communication experience across various global channels

External Communications:

• Drive consistent communication across channels such as corporate website and social media

• Develop and execute on PR activities and build relationships with key media outlets

• Shape and communicate Arjo’s corporate story and key messages globally, supporting regional adaptations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in corporate communication roles with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders – 10+ years of experience.

• Proven track record in driving external communications and investor relations, with strong abilities to influence opinions across diverse stakeholder groups in a respectful and effective manner.

• Extensive experience in internal & leadership communication.

• Strong business acumen, coupled with an analytical mindset to drive communication strategies.

• Leadership qualities that inspire and drive performance.

• Ability to multitask effectively in complex, dynamic environments, navigating ambiguity and thriving through change.

• Experience in MedTech/healthcare is a plus.

• Academic degree in business administration or communications.

• Excellent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
