On behalf of our Client – Project Manager Strategic Projects

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager to join one of our clients in Malmö. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects within the company, reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be curious, ambitious, and possess strong project management skills.

This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of a permanent position.

As a Project Manager for Strategic Projects, you will work closely with the company’s CEO and be responsible for projects essential for the business. You’ll take charge of setting clear, actionable goals, defining project scope, and creating timelines that keep the team focused and energized. This role involves coordinating resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that project objectives align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage strategic projects aimed at driving business growth and innovation.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

– Monitor project progress and performance to achieve desired outcomes.

– Analyse project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

– Communicate project updates to key stakeholders, including the CEO.

– Track project costs and optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

– Proven experience in project management, particularly with strategic initiatives.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Budgeting and cost management expertise.

– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

– Fluent in English and preferably also Swedish and German.

– Preferably having experience with commercial initiatives from consumer electronics industry in a global business.

We believe you have experience from a similar position before where you have worked with a variety of strategic projects in an international environment with different cultures. You have excellent project management skills, are result-driven and possess a commercial mindset.
