The role

As Information & Cybersecurity Director at Oatly you will have the overall responsibility for the protection of Oatly’s information assets and defining the proper controls needed to ensure compliance with regulations. You will be a part of the Business Technology Global Management Team, reporting to our VP Business Technology and be based at the head office in Malmö or the Nordic office in Stockholm.

The role has several areas of responsibility, where the following are key-responsibilities:

Security risk & compliance

• You contribute to designing and approving a comprehensive security strategy that considers the entire lifecycle of information security practices. This includes evaluating the IT threat landscape, devising policies and controls to reduce risk, and leading auditing and compliance initiatives.
• In terms of dialogue with internal stakeholders, you need to understand, plan & secure regulatory compliance with regulations and legislations, e.g. PCI, SOX etc. that impacts our company & tech portfolio.
• Information- & cybersecurity audits – see that audits for external partners and internal project are carried out.
• Together with the team, ensure cybersecurity training and awareness cross Oatly.

Security operations

• Work in close collaboration Business Tech’s delivery units and set requirements for security practices.
• Build a strong virtual cross-functional security team that can cover all parts of the business.
• Investigations and forensics – determining what went wrong in a breach, dealing with the issue, and planning to avoid repeats of the same crisis.
• Define, scope and manage our Cybersecurity Program.

Reporting & communicating information security performance to stakeholders

• Cyber risk and cyber intelligence – keeping abreast of developing security threats, and helping the organization understand potential security issues.
• You need to be prepared to not only speak to cybersecurity posture, programs, and strategies, but to speak effectively. You need to convey security risks in business terms, present solutions, and provide actionable insights backed by data.

Your profile

To succeed in the role, you must have a great interest for the security domain and a Lean/Agile mindset. You can lead and motivate yourself and others – set up a plan and execute on it. You are a person who dares to question status quo, while you know when to use best practice. You are improvement driven and have an analytic, holistic, and structured approach in combination with understanding the principles behind agile methods.

Further, we see that you have the following competence and experience:

• You have a B.S. in Technology, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or similar, and at least 5 years of work experience within Risk-, Cyber- & Information Security. We believe that you previously had a role as an auditor, CISO or a role in an IT operation or Security operation organization, with focus on cybersecurity.
• You are Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar and used to work in organizations with distributed agile teams in a global footprint environment.
• You have good communications skills in English, verbal and written.
