About the role:
Lindt & Sprüngli is now looking for a driven Field Sales Manager to lead and optimize the sales field force for the Swedish market. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales organization’s efficiency, supporting the implementation of sales programs, and driving performance through strategic leadership. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales processes that maximize productivity, align with business objectives, and ensure the long-term growth of Lindt’s premium chocolate brand. As Field Sales Manager you will lead a team with 2 Regional Managers and 2 Administrative roles reporting to you, with a total 24 persons in the Field Sales Team.

The position is located in Lindt & Sprüngli’s Nordic Headquarters in Stockholm. You will report to Sales Director Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales field force to implement objectives that reflect the company’s business goals
• Drive growth and achieve revenue targets within assigned regions or territories
• Assign sales quotas and ensure optimal resource allocation across all channels
• Develop and drive sales process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
• Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales opportunities, ensuring profitable terms and maximizing sales volume
• Oversee the implementation and execution of sales programs and initiatives
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all sales personnel are equipped with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve both short-term and long-term sales goals
• Develop performance management programs and training plans that align with business priorities
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and develop new tools as needed
• Ensure alignment between the field sales force, key accounts, and other departments to achieve company-wide goals
Key Experiences & Qualities:
Lindt is seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in sales, an analytical mindset, and a track record of driving performance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, cross-functional environment and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Required qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years experience in sales management and operations within FMCG
• Proven track record of successfully managing company initiatives
• Preferably a 3-year relevant college degree
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Valid driving license
