European LifeCare Group – Country Manager

About the Role:

European LifeCare Group is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead our expansion in Sweden. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and operational excellence. The successful candidate will develop and execute short- and long-term strategies aligned with the Group CEO’s vision to drive financial performance and sustainable growth in the Swedish market.

Responsibilities:

• Full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial health and profitability

• Lead through managers as the team expands

• Secure operational excellence in clinics

• Track KPIs on operational, commercial, and financial performance

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for our vaccine business in Sweden

• Identify and implement growth initiatives, including M&A and greenfield operations

• Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing team to accelerate market penetration

• Establish and develop a small team in collaboration with Group HR

• Oversee IT systems and GDPR compliance, working with Group IT

• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of success

• In-depth knowledge of B2C and related marketing initiatives

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a focus on growth

• Excellent financial management skills and P&L responsibility experience

• Commercial leadership approach, with D2C marketing experience as an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive and results-oriented

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
