For their team in Sweden, they are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager, responsible for marketing activities to their customers. As Trade Marketing Manager you will be the first point of contact for all national pharmacy chains and online pharmacies as well as further customers of Bionorica in Sweden. In line with the sales policy and marketing plans, you will develop and implement the trade marketing strategy and promotional investment plan to achieve business objectives, maximum visibility, and profitability.

Key areas of responsibilities:

You are responsible for the trade marketing strategy. You will have to carry out and implement specific trade marketing activities’ plans (promotional campaigns, educational events with the main partners, visibility activities, e-commerce), based on the following tasks:

• Determine trade marketing strategy and coordinate its effective implementation to drive profitable growth across pharmacy stores and e-commerce platforms

• Support the brand strategies in the retail channel, including launches, promotional campaigns, customer engagement programs, etc.

• Perform detailed trade analysis on a permanent basis incl. interpretation of results, recommendation for actions, implementation, and control of the agreed tactics according to the marketing strategy

• Negotiate marketing and sales strategies with the main pharmacies, pursuing a certain ROI

• Maintain sustainable customer relationships, increasing sales and reaching commercial targets

• Manage and monitor the execution of the trade marketing investments and initiatives (contracts, orders, invoices)

• Gain understanding and monitor competitor promotional activities and position in the marketplace

• Ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies with field force tactics throughout the country organization

• Develop educational programs for pharmacists to enhance brand awareness and increase product recommendations

As Trade Marketing Manager you will report to the Marketing Manager Sweden and closely collaborate with the Head of Global Marketing in Germany.

Your profile:

• You have a higher medical, scientific or business management education

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the Swedish Pharma Market, preferably with OTC products

• You have at least 5 years of marketing experience, including digital marketing

• You have excellent business management and budget planning skills

• Thanks to your experience in a customer-facing role, you have very good knowledge of pharmacies’ landscape and contacts to responsible decision makers

• You are a native Swedish speaker, working smoothly in the international business environment with very good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Advanced computer skills: MS PowerPoint/Word/Excel, Order Management tools/SAP, analytical programs

This is a 100% full-time position, with a permanent employment at Bionorica SE.

This is a home office employment. Travel occurs from time to time. The majority of the customers are based in Stockholm.
