Beijer Ref – Group HR Manager

We are now looking for an HR Manager to strengthen our team at the Group level.
As our HR Manager you will drive initiatives and actions to deliver value-creating HR support that reflect the business goals of Beijer Ref. The HR Manager identifies and compiles best practice and develops and improves HR processes for optimal results.
The role will be responsible for driving the HR agenda at Beijer Ref’s head office in Malmö, reporting to EVP HR & Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively develop, implement and support the delivery of HR processes within:
– Ensure the implementation and optimisation of HR processes.
– Provide strategic advisory support for employee development.
– Oversee recruitment, rehabilitation, and continuous performance management throughout the employment lifecycle.
– Manage payroll administration, expense reporting, and company car fleet management.
– Offer hands-on support and consultation to the Nordic Regional Manager as required.
– Lead the deployment of employee engagement surveys, ensuring structured processes and supporting comprehensive result follow-up.
– Design, develop, and implement e-learning tools, focusing on both professional development and regulatory compliance.
– Deliver comprehensive HR support throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle: pre-hire, active employment, and post-employment.
About you
To be successful in this role, we believe you are an experienced HR Manager with a deep understanding of labour law and employment legislation. You have a strategic mind with both tactical and operational approaches, alongside a high analytical ability. Your profile and personality are extremely important, as you are energetic with a high sense of quality and attention to detail, making things happen efficiently. You thrive in a high-paced environment, are curious, and act as a problem solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Furthermore, you have:
- 5 years relevant experience within the HR field
- Experience from working in an international environment
- A proven track record of building strong relationships, partnering closely with senior leaders with the ability to coach and influence
- Solution oriented with a positive mindset
- Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Versatile enough to think strategically one minute and then dive into operations the next
- Project- and change management
- Excellent English language skills
