Ulrika works as a Senior Consultant Executive Search & Interim Management at our office in Stockholm. She focuses on recruiting and hiring managers, leaders and specialists in marketing, innovation, consumer insights, communications and other commercial roles. Ulrika has +25 years of experience in similar roles herself from both FMCG and durable goods. She has extensive experience as a recruiting manager, and has had Nordic / global responsibility and also worked a few years abroad. Ulrika holds an MBA from Stockholm University, specialising in marketing, and also studied Spanish and psychology at the university.
