Senior Consultant Executive Search & Interim Management
Martina is a Senior Consultant in the Stockholm team and works with assignments within Executive Search, recruitment and interim. She is a relationship builder of rank who is driven to contribute to engagement and development in the processes for the best customer and candidate experience. Martina holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from AIU San Diego. Before she followed her “passion for people” to Academic Search, she has solid experience from sales and marketing roles within FMCG, healthcare and hospitality, which has given her a good understanding of business and corporate cultures in different contexts. Martina is also a dedicated Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
