Marika founded Academic Search International in 1991 and was CEO of the company for 20 years. Today, Marika runs operations within Marika Treschow Executive with a focus on Executive Search and consulting assignments within Talent Management. As a senior advisor to Academic Search, she is a driving force behind the Diversity Challenge and Carerra Mentor with a strong interest in attracting and developing global companies’ competitiveness through both junior and senior talent.
